Can we buy VCAN products directly from your website?
No. We do not sell to individuals directly. If you are interested in purchasing our products, please contact your local dealer or distributor.
Where can I find a dealer that sells VCAN products?
Email us at customerservice@vcansports.com with the city and state where you live in and we'll be glad to send you a list of local providers.
How can I get a catalog?
Please email your request to customerservice@vcansports.com. Include your name, address, phone number, and the number of catalogs you need.
How can I become a dealer?
You will need to fax over a filled out New Account Application Form and a copy of one of the following items: Reseller’s Permit, Business License or a Sales Tax Permit.
Does your product have a liability insurance?
Yes, we have a product liability insurance on all of our products.
Are your helmets DOT approved?
Except for our novelty helmets, ALL of our helmets are DOT approved.
Can I put my own logo on the helmets?
Yes, we offer OEM for all of our products within minimum order requirements. Please drop us an email at sales@vcansports.com for details.
Can I use your logo on our website and/or catalog?
The “VCAN” logo is a registered trademark. We require express written permission prior to using the “VCAN” name, trademark, images, model names or numbers in any media, including but not limited to, newspapers, magazines, Internet, TV, radio or other media. Contact your sales representative for more details. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVOKE PURCHASING PRIVILEGES OF ANY DEALER FAILING TO OBSERVE THIS REQUIREMENT.
Do you have suggested retail prices for your products?
Yes, we do have MSRP for all of our products. It is our company policy to do business with dealers who sell all “VCAN” products at MSRP.
Do you sell any SNELL approved helmets?
We are currently working on our SNELL approval. They are scheduled to be available in the spring of 2007.
